אפשר למחוק את חשבון ה-Sapar שלך בכל רגע, בשתי דרכים:

1. באפליקציה: חשבון ענן → מחיקת החשבון. המחיקה מתבצעת מיד, ללא צורך באישור נוסף מאיתנו.
2. בדוא"ל: שלח/י בקשה ל-yannskrilov@gmail.com מכתובת הדוא"ל של החשבון. נטפל בבקשה בתוך 7 ימי עסקים ונאשר בחזרה.

מה נמחק מיד:

• היומן וכל התורים
• רשימת הלקוחות והפרטים שלהם
• חסימות זמן והתראות
• חיבור Google Calendar — ההרשאה מבוטלת מול גוגל; האירועים שנשארו ביומן הגוגל שלך הם שלך ולא נוגעים בהם
• חשבון ההתחברות עצמו (כתובת הדוא"ל / הטלפון)

מה נשמר:

• רישומי ההסכמה (איזו גרסה של התקנון אושרה ומתי) — 3 שנים, כראיה משפטית בלבד (מדיניות הפרטיות, סעיף שמירת מידע). הם אינם כוללים את תוכן החשבון.

You can delete your Sapar account at any time, in either of two ways:

1. In the app: Cloud account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and needs no further approval from us.
2. By email: send a request to yannskrilov@gmail.com from the email address of the account. We handle requests within 7 business days and confirm back.

Deleted immediately:

• Your calendar and all appointments
• Your client list and their details
• Time blocks and notifications
• The Google Calendar connection — the grant is revoked with Google; events left in your own Google Calendar are yours and are not touched
• The login account itself (email / phone)

Kept:

• Consent records (which version of the terms was accepted and when) — 3 years, as legal evidence only (see the Privacy Policy, data retention). They contain no account content.
